Microsoft UK hired Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant in 2004 to do a couple of faux tarining videos. These two are the brains behind the UK version of The Office. Gervais reprises his role as the misguided manager David Brent.
It seems they have gotten out.

For all you people you watch the US version, please go rent the two seasons and the Christmas special of the UK version. The US version is getting better, but still does not hold up to the original.
